Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to high order volumes. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Destinations We ship to the following locations:

  • Portugal (mainland and islands)
  • European Union (EU countries)
  • Brazil
  • And select other international destinations (please check availability at checkout).

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipping to certain addresses or due to carrier limitations.

Shipping Rates and Methods Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method. We offer a range of carriers (such as CTT, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination) for reliable delivery.

  • Portugal (Domestic): Standard shipping is usually delivered in 1–3 business days.
  • EU Countries: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • United Kingdom: Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days.
  • Brazil, and other international destinations: Delivery times vary (usually 7–20 business days or more), depending on customs clearance and local carrier performance.

Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders (thresholds displayed at checkout where available). All rates are in EUR and include standard packaging.

Tracking Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package ships. You can track your order directly via the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

International Shipments (Including Brazil, UAE, UK, and Non-EU Countries) For all international orders (destinations outside the European Union, including Brazil, UAE, and UK):

  • Import duties, customs fees, local taxes (such as VAT or import tax), and any other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU / Delivered at Place – DAP).
  • We do not charge Portuguese VAT on orders shipped outside the European Union.

Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties applied by your local customs office. We recommend checking your country's import regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

EU Shipments (Including Portugal) For orders within the European Union, no customs duties apply. VAT is included in the price where required by EU rules, and delivery is handled under standard intra-EU terms.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any relevant details (including photos of damage if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
